TeleSwivel, LLC Return Policy

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any of the following items for a full refund, less shipping costs:

  • Any item that has been unopened, or is in new condition with original packaging
  • Any item that is received defective or damaged
  • Any item received with missing parts or components


  1. To return an item you must email Customer Service at info@teleswivel.com for prior approval and to obtain an RA number. To speak with a customer service representative call 919-246-9249 or 888-835-7948.
  2. All merchandise purchased from TeleSwivel, LLC is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents. Therefore it can be returned only if in original packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation. Working products that show evidence of use will not be accepted for refund.
  3. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Return COD shipments will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping charges for non-defective units are non-refundable.
